Ground to a fine powder with the chili and mix with the &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;annato&lt;/span&gt; and the steamed corn dough.   Add the cumin, oregano, pepper and salt.   You can add some water to make the mixing easier.   Cook at low temperature for about 10 minutes and add more water.  Let it simmer. Mix with the brown sugar and the corn dough. Roll the mix and cut into 3" balls. Roll each ball into an oval shape and wrap with the corn husks. (can wrap in aluminium foil to hold the corn husks in place). Steam cook for 1 hour.
